Our customers satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Please see our policy for returns & exchanges below. 

- We accept refunds up to 30 days after your order was placed

- If you'd like to exchange for a different size/product, etc, and it has been less than 30 days since original purchase date, email hello@yeahbuzzy.com so that we can initiate the return & exchange process (depending on available inventory). We'll then send you a return label to print out and adhere to the original packaging to be put in the mail. Once we receive the exchange, we'll either send your new product or refund your original order and close the exchange process.

- Products marked "final Sale" on website or in our store are not eligible for returns or exchanges

- Allow 10-14 business days for us to process your request
